Depending on how you use the website, the Store and the forms, we may process the following data:

A) ORDER FULFILMENT

C) SIZE RECOMMENDATION SERVICE

D) CUSTOM ORDERS AND INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS
Data provided as part of an enquiry about an individual project is processed for the purpose of discussing the project vision, preparing information, a quote, a schedule, and fulfilling the individual order.
The basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, the performance of a contract, or the legitimate interest of the Controller.

As part of the Size Recommendation Service, Made to Order orders and Custom Orders, Archive of Her may process data provided by the Customer for the purpose of selecting a size, fitting the Product or fulfilling the Order.

This may include in particular:
– body measurements,
– preferred size,
– information about the silhouette relevant to fitting the Product,
– inspiration photos,
– photos of fittings or silhouette, if the Customer voluntarily submits them.

This data is processed solely for the purpose of preparing a size recommendation, fulfilling the Order, fitting the Product or handling the custom order process.

Please do not submit health data or other special categories of personal data, unless it is absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of the Order and has been individually agreed in advance.

  1. Provision of Data

Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary in order to use certain services.

Failure to provide the data necessary to fulfil an Order may make it impossible to accept or complete it.

Failure to provide measurements may make it impossible to use the Size Recommendation Service or to produce a Product made according to individual parameters.

– the hosting provider,

– courier companies and carriers,
