Returns & Complaints Policy
- General Information
Every Archive of Her product is created with great care, in a process based on atelier work, quality of materials and an individual approach to each Customer. The products available in the Store, in particular the Signature Corset and the Matching Skirt, are made to order after the order has been placed and may be personalised according to the parameters selected by the Customer. This applies in particular to the choice of size, colour, length, neckline shape, lower line of the corset, type of fabric, measurements or other available personalisation options.
- No Right of Return for Made-to-Order Products
Due to the individual nature of Archive of Her Products, products that are made to order, personalised or created according to the Customer's specification are not eligible for return or exchange. These products are non-prefabricated items, manufactured according to the Customer's specification or serving to satisfy her individualised needs. This means that once an Order has been placed and its fulfilment has begun, the Customer may not return the Product due to a change of mind, a change of plans, or the choice of a different size, colour or variant, provided that the Product was made in accordance with the Order placed. The absence of a right of return or exchange does not limit the Customer's right to file a complaint if the Product is not in conformity with the contract.
- Size Recommendation Service
To help select the best possible size, we encourage you to use the Size Recommendation Service before placing an Order. After you submit your measurements, we analyse them individually and recommend the most suitable size. If any measurement significantly deviates from the standard corset construction, we may propose a minor modification, e.g. in the bust area, at no additional charge, provided that it is technically possible and agreed before production begins. The size recommendation is prepared on the basis of the measurements provided by the Customer. For this reason, it is very important that the measurements are taken as accurately as possible. Using the Size Recommendation Service does not change the nature of the Product as a made-to-order or personalised Product, and does not entail the possibility of returning the Product if the Product was made in accordance with the agreed arrangements.
- Complaints
If the Product is not in conformity with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. A complaint may be submitted by e-mail to: contact@archiveofher.com In your submission, please provide: – first and last name, – Order number, – a description of the problem, – photos of the Product, if they may help in examining the submission, – your preferred way of resolving the matter. Complaints are examined within 14 days of the date the submission is received. If the complaint is upheld, Archive of Her will propose a solution in accordance with applicable law, in particular repair of the Product, replacement of the Product, a reduction in price, or a refund — depending on the circumstances of the case.
- Returning the Product as Part of a Complaint
If examining the complaint requires the Product to be returned, the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the next steps. The Product should be appropriately protected for transport. Address for complaint returns: ul. Przyjazna 50A 05-502 Bobrowiec
- Ready-Made Products
As at the date of publication of this Policy, Archive of Her offers made-to-order and/or personalised products. If, in the future, ready-made products that are non-personalised and not made to order appear in the Store, the rules for their return will be set out in the Product description or in an updated version of this Policy.
