Where do we ship?

We fulfil orders both within Poland and internationally. Our products are delivered by trusted carriers.

Fulfilment time

The order preparation time is between 14 and 90 business days. Every garment is made to order. After placing your order, you will receive an approximate shipping date by e-mail.

Delivery time

Within Poland: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

International orders: between 7 and 21 business days. The delivery time and cost for international orders are calculated during the selection of the delivery method and depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping option.

Delivery costs

Delivery within Poland is free for all orders paid in advance (bank transfer, BLIK, instant transfer). For international orders, delivery is chargeable, and its cost is calculated during the selection of the shipping method.

Changes and order cancellation

Every garment is made to order, therefore once fulfilment has begun it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.

Shipping confirmation and tracking number

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. The tracking number usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
